“Aint Nothing But A Good Thing” features 11 songs produced by John Ginty (Dixie Chicks, Robert Randolph and the Family Band, Citizen Cope, Jewel) and engineered, mixed and mastered by Ben Elliot (Keith Richards, Eric Clapton, Hubert Sumlin) at his legendary Showplace Studios in New Jersey.

For his sophomore release, Carroll assembled a stellar backing band through friendships dating back to his high school years as well as those made through his electric piano company, Vintage Vibe.  Peter Levin (Gregg Allman Band, Blind Boys of Alabama) handles electric pianos, producer John Ginty tackles the Hammond B3 and the rhythm section features seasoned pros Dan Fidel on drums, Mike Tichy on guitar and Paul Kuzik on Bass.

In addition to his output as a singer songwriter, Carroll owns and operates Vintage Vibe, a manufacturer of handmade electric pianos, amplifiers and effects whose artists include, Stevie Wonder, Chick Corea, Richie Kotzen (Winery Dogs,) Gregg Allman, Robert Glasper and Zappa Plays Zappa, just to name a few.
